United Hatzalah Volunteers Treat Multiple Casualties Following Missile Impacts in Central Israel

(Courtesy of United Hatzalah) United Hatzalah emergency medical teams responded on March 10 to several impact sites across central Israel following missile attacks throughout the day, Day 10 of Operation Roaring Lion. Volunteer paramedics and EMTs provided immediate medical care to those injured and assisted residents affected by the unfolding events.

In Yehud, United Hatzalah responders treated victims at the scene where at least one fatality was reported; a foreign worker who was killed by the missile impact. In Or Yehuda, medical teams treated three victims at two separate locations. One individual was listed in moderate condition and two others were treated for acute anxiety. At another nearby site in the city, responders treated an additional person who sustained moderate injuries. Also, in Holon, United Hatzalah volunteers treated one individual who suffered minor injuries.

In addition to the physical injuries, United Hatzalah’s Psychotrauma and Crisis Response Unit helped several residents suffering from emotional shock and anxiety following the attacks. Emergency teams continued scanning surrounding areas to ensure that no additional victims required assistance.

“Today marks Day 10 of Operation Roaring Lion, just two days short of the historic 12-day war that took place in June 2025,” said Simmy Allen, international spokesperson for United Hatzalah. “While the entire country hopes that this conflict will come to an end sooner rather than later, United Hatzalah’s volunteers remain steadfast and ready to respond to any new developments. Throughout the day, sirens have sounded across central Israel, sending millions of residents rushing to protected spaces. In each case, our paramedics and EMTs arrived within moments to scenes of impact, providing lifesaving medical care and supporting communities under fire.”

United Hatzalah’s nationwide network of volunteer responders remains on heightened alert and prepared to provide rapid emergency medical care wherever it may be needed as the situation continues to develop.
