France issues arrest warrants for two Israelis over alleged role in blocking Gaza aid

A French investigating judge has issued summonses for questioning against two Israeli women with French citizenship on suspicion of involvement in obstructing the transfer of humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip during the war between Israel and Hamas. This was reported by the French newspaper Le Monde. According to the report, the investigation concerns suspected complicity in genocide and incitement to genocide. One of the suspects is attorney Nili Kupfer-Naouri, founder and chairwoman of the organization ‘Israel Forever,’ who revealed in a filmed interview that an arrest warrant had been issued against her. The second suspect is Rashel Touitou, spokeswoman for Tsav 9. According to sources involved in the case, the arrest warrants were issued in the summer of 2025, but their existence only became publicly known recently.
