IDF foils attempt to smuggle weapons from Egypt using drone

IDF observations identified a drone that attempted to smuggle weapons and munitions from Egypt into Israel; the drone was downed by the soldiers, the IDF spokespersons’ unit announced Tuesday evening. Israeli security forces were dispatched to the scene, and located four weapons and ammunitions. The confiscated weapons were transferred to the Israel Police for further treatment.
