IDF soldiers uncover weapons cache in northern West Bank, including UNRWA gear

The Israel Defense Forces said that during a counterterrorism operation in the northern West Bank, soldiers from the Kfir Brigade discovered a weapons cache in the Nur Shams refugee camp near Tulkarem. The cache contained several firearms, ammunition, and bags filled with weaponry.

During the search, troops also found a vest bearing the logo of UNRWA, the United Nations agency for Palestinian refugees, inside one of the bags.

The confiscated weapons were transferred for further investigation by security forces, the IDF said.
