Hezbollah says Iran-funded compensation reaches Lebanese families

Hezbollah Secretary-General Naim Qassem announced on Thursday that the terrorist group would pay $12,000 to $14,000 per year to families whose homes were completely destroyed, thanks to Iranian financial support.

Last month, Hezbollah and Iran distributed $300-$400 to individual families as “gifts,” totaling approximately $57 million provided to over 170,000 families in Lebanon.

Qassem added that Hezbollah is appealing to “friendly” Arab nations to assist in Lebanon’s reconstruction.
